NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. I’m making this website because I got scammed by their descriptions and photos into driving more than 8 hours into a supposed “paradise” that turned out to be hell. The place is filthy and horrible, the staff is rude, the pool is a lukewarm pit of stench, there are no horses, only two bikes FOR RENT, no tv, no phones, no internet. I love nature and being in contact with things in nature, but nature is the ONLY thing this place has.
We wanted to cry upon arrival because we were expecting the best, and now there we were, in the middle of nowhere, in a horrible place, with nothing to do. Your choices are either to leave or survive. We asked for an immediate refund (they charge you before letting you see the room!) and they made up all sorts of excuses and problems not to do it. When we finally were out of niceness because we got pissed, voilá, the refund was immediate, which proves they only make up troubles for NOTHING.
They threatened to call the cops on us. The staff will do NOTHING to help you, they just let you borrow an old phone that runs on miracles.
There are no sports activities, that’s a lie. The courts are abandoned, and the pool table is lodged inside a dark, tiny room. Everything looks dark and dirty. You feel uncomfortable EVERYWHERE.
So, we ended up spending two days in a car, a whole day getting there, and a whole day running away from there. The only thing you can do is sightsee the region and then get out of there and either stay elsewhere or go back home.
This place sucks so much, it goes beyond descriptions.
NUNCA JAMÁS VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL. El propósito de esta página de internet es exponer al Hotel Taninul como el engaño que es. A mí me arruinaron mis vacaciones con sus fotos de engaño en booking.com, SON UN FRAUDE. Te dicen que vas a llegar a una especie de paraíso, ves las fotos y te la crees, pero este lugar es un INFIERNO. No le han dado mantenimiento al hotel en años, está sucio, oscuro y deprimente. El personal del hotel es grosero, y no NADA de lo que te ofrecen en internet es real. Está carísimo y lo que te ofrecen es basura.
El lugar está lejísimos, manejé ocho horas para llegar, muy emocionada de ir a su “poza de agua termal” y a su alberca, ver los caballos, ir al delicioso restaurante, andar en bici y usar la tirolesa, pero NADA es así. Cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta de la realidad: está horrible, sucio, a la mitad de la nada, sin nada que hacer. Las canchas de tenis y de futbol son solo terrenos baldíos, el techo del hotel se está cayendo de humedad, los pisos están parchados, hay basura por todas partes a la vista de la gente, el “agua termal” es sólo agua tibia que huele a pedo, el restaurante es horrendo y carísimo. Te sientes incómoda en todas partes.
Cuando les pedimos que nos regresaran nuestro dinero (no nos quedamos ahí), fueron muy groseros y nada hospitalarios. Nos amenazaron con mandarnos a la policía. Te engañan para que te quedes, te dicen que “no se puede cancelar si no hablas a booking”, y que “de todos modos tu reembolso queda en dos semanas”. No nos dejamos amedrentar y nos hicieron la cancelación. El reembolso quedó el mismo día; sólo te mienten para que no te quede de otra más que quedarte en su hotel horrible.
Por culpa de Hotel Taninul, pasamos todo un día en la carretera intentando llegar, y un día entero huyendo de ahí. Mucho dinero y tiempo perdido en ir y volver a un lugar que es un ENGAÑO TOTAL.
